The general meeting of the Club is to be held at the Efon Alaaye residence of members (3) three times a year:

• Easter
• September/October and
• Christmas

The annual general meeting  shall be to receive the reports of all officers and auditors;

• Emergency meeting shall be held if and when the need arises;
• Executive meetings shall be held as often as occasions demand, but not less than three (3) times a year.
